Integrated infrastructure delivery company AECOM’s experience in green building rating and sustainability stood it in good stead when it was appointed as ‘green’ consultant for Pran Boulevard on Umhlanga Rocks Drive in the Ridgeside precinct, designed by architecture and interior architecture group Paragon. The Fourleaf residential estate achieves EDGE resource-efficiency standard

First final EDGE certification for residential development in Africa

Fourleaf Estate became the first residential development in Africa to receive certification for achieving the EDGE resource-efficiency standard in May this year.
