Get ready to share your sustainable design
The Holcim Awards competition launches on February 6, 2023
As the appetite to tackle the alarming consequences of climate change grows, the Holcim Foundation is calling all future-makers – architects, urban planners, and engineers – to submit their projects in the world’s most significant competition for sustainable design.
The competition is open for entries from February 6 until March 30, 2023, and offers total prize money of USD 1 million.
The global competition is conducted across five regions: Europe, North America, Latin America, Middle East Africa, and Asia Pacific, and aims to uncover real-world projects that exemplify sustainable construction.
Entries will be evaluated using the Foundation’s goals for sustainable construction:

● Healthy planet
● Viable economics
● Thriving communities
