Teracoat is a water-based Seamless Resin floor that is imported from Holland and has a shrinkage rate of less than 2%. As a result, a Teracoat floor will not crack if installed on a solid substrate and has no solvent-based sealers that show surface scratching or walk patterns.

Teracoat’s Resin floors conform to a European Commercial standard and can be installed directly over tiles, old decorative cement screeds or new building screeds.

It has taken Teracoat the last eight years to ensure that their process and service match their product. Teracoat’s Premium range is installed exclusively by Teracoat and carries a five-year supply and install warranty. Teracoat is responsible for this warranty, thus architects and clients never have to get stuck between suppliers and installers when it comes to a claim.

At the end of a five- to ten-year commercial or residential lease, all a Teracoat floor requires is a light sand and re-coat or re-colour to look like new, with a 48-hour return to service and minimal disruption.

Teracoat ticks all sustainability boxes and excels in most categories. The VOC allowance in Europe is 140 grams per litre; Teracoat is a water-based product that comes in at 10 grams per litre and is considered solvent free. Materials used are sustainably sourced with no APEO materials, and the product is in the cleanest IAQ class in Europe. Teracoat also has certification in all Western European countries for indoor air quality based on emission of organic solvents during the first few weeks of curing.
