Three new products from Trellidor

GriffinGuard, the newest entry into the Trellidor security screen range.

Trellidor has launched re-engineered versions of its most popular security barrier designs. This is to cater to changes in South African lifestyles and crime prevention trends. The new products all offer excellent protection from a range of threats, at competitive price points. They include a security screen and two trellis-patterned sliding security gates.

“We’ve translated the movement into secure estates, increasing pressure on budgets, and soaring crime figures into affordable security barriers that protect people from a variety of threats,” said Bronwyn Littley, Trellidor marketing manager.

GriffinGuard is the newest entry into the Trellidor security screen range. It meets the demand for reasonably priced see-through barriers that improve everyday living without being too noticeable. The neatly framed mesh screens block out insects and small wildlife. It moderates internal temperatures and offers protection against opportunistic robbery.

Trojan TX and Trojan Classic look like the original Trellidor sliding trellis gates. The Trojan TX has been remodelled for reliable strength and positioned at an attractive price. The Trojan Classic is a step up in strength and cost, but well within reach of those that need strong, dependable burglar proofing to help prevent house breaking or a home invasion.

Both trellis gate models are manufactured in an expanding format for doors and windows, and a fixed format for windows. They are typical Trellidor-quality products with attention to ease-of-use details. They slide smoothly, have a neat, compact sash and a strong lock that engages in several locking points using just one key.

“We expect these product innovations to appeal to consumers in different market segments. The Trellidor franchise network of suppliers welcomes enquiries from anyone interested in making an investment in their security, whether its high-end security barriers or contemporary designs that enhance their way of living,” said Littley.
