Inspired by the success of their wooden frameless doors, Van Acht Windows and Doors has developed a new aluminium frameless door, which has just been launched into the market. Almost two years in development, the new frameless door system features a chunkier profile than standard frameless doors, signalling its unique design and providing the wow factor that sets it apart from its competitors.

This exciting new product is available in standard sizes (heights of 2 100mm and 2 380mm) and in configurations ranging from two-leaf to 10-leaf doors. They feature standard 30 x 75mm Vista Fold Aluminium Frames, which are compatible with other aluminium systems and can easily be integrated with existing doors and windows. In addition, this new system is quick and easy to instal by a qualified installer, requiring little more than an Allen key set once the frame is fitted.  

Standard versions are currently available in charcoal and bronze, but special orders to match other aluminium colours are available on request. The profiles of the doors, plus all hardware and hinges, are custom designed by Van Acht.

The new frameless door from Van Acht is also proudly manufactured in South Africa at Van Acht’s state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Krugersdorp. Examples of the new system are on display at Van Acht’s showroom in Kya Sand, Randburg, and displays are planned for additional branches, starting with Cape Town in the near future.

The introduction of this new frameless door system into the market will be a game changer, not only from a quality and convenience point of view, but also from the perspective of price. They are much more affordable than comparable products currently on the market. In fact, this new aluminium frameless door will be at prices almost half of other well-known frameless systems.
