If you’re interested in architecture, sustainability and the built environment, you’re not going to want to miss Archi Talks, a stimulating four-day programme of talks taking place at Decorex Joburg this week curated by the editor of Leading Architecture + Design, Graham Wood.

The line-up of top architects who will be speaking includes Greg Truen of SAOTA, Xavier Huyberechts of GLH, Kate Otten discussing her recent installation at the Venice Architectural Biennale, Enrico Daffonchio of Daffonchio Architects, Georg van Gass of GASS Architecture Studios, Tyrone Reardon of Metropole Architects, a conversation with the legendary Peter Rich, Vedhant Maharaj of Rebel Base Collective and sustainability architect Marc Sherratt.
Speakers also include a wide range of experts from fields related to architecture, engineering and construction, including Georgina Smit of the GBCSA, sustainability consultant Alison Groves from WSP in Africa, attorney Natalie Reyneke from MDA Attorneys on construction law, building technologies expert Thabang Byl from Schneider Electric on smart cities, architect and academic Eugene Marais on 3D printing and architecture, and green procurement consultant Lorraine Jenks.
